CareOfCanada is a Telugu Canadian community platform. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, community features, Google sign-in, admin chat, and related tools.
Information We Collect
CareOfCanada may collect account details such as your email, display name, profile photo, city, community posts, admin chat messages, saved preferences, and basic usage activity needed to run the community experience.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide login, profiles, community posts, admin chat, notifications, local updates, safety moderation, product improvement, and communication about CareOfCanada services.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, CareOfCanada receives basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture through Supabase authentication. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Community Content
Public posts, replies, display names, cities, photos, cheers, and community activity may be visible to other visitors. Do not post passport numbers, immigration documents, phone numbers, private addresses, or sensitive personal details.
Admin Chat
Messages sent through admin chat are private between your signed-in account and CareOfCanada administrators. We use them to respond to support, meetup, report, partnership, and community questions.
Service Providers
CareOfCanada uses trusted platforms such as Supabase for authentication/database, Vercel for hosting/analytics, Google for sign-in/analytics, and email/community tools where needed.
Your Choices
You can sign out, request account help, avoid public posting, or contact us to ask about your data. Some information may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
