Delete your CareOfCanada account
You can request deletion in the app, or contact us if you cannot sign in.
In the app
Open My Canada, go to Account deletion, and select Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
Go to My CanadaCannot sign in?
Email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it.

Deleting an account removes its sign-in credentials, profile, and associated community records. Uploaded post media may require a separate removal request at the address above. Some information may need to be kept for legal or safety reasons. Contact us if you have questions about a deletion request.
Do not send passwords or identity documents by email.
