CareOfCanada
Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to the CareOfCanada website and app. Keeping children safe is part of our community rules, regardless of the age group an app store lists for the app.
What is prohibited
CareOfCanada prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. This applies to posts, images, videos, messages, profiles, and other community features.
How to report a concern
Use Report on a post inside CareOfCanada, or contact our team through the in-app admin chat. You can also email pranithhkrish@gmail.com. Include a link or enough detail to identify the content, but do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How we respond
Our team reviews reports and may restrict access to content, remove content, or restrict accounts that violate these standards. We handle suspected CSAM in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to the relevant authorities when required. We do not promise that every report will lead to the same action or disclose details that could compromise a safety review.
